Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando

Staff were super friendly and helpful the entire time. Restaurants are great onsite and room service was always hot. Pool area is fantastic for the down days and the little boat ride to city walk makes the experience elevated. I had a 2 queen room and felt a bit cramped with 2 adults 2 kids . Drawer space is very little be prepared to live out of your suit case for anything over 3 days. I found the garbage cans in the room very small and getting the soap out of the dish was super annoying

This is a really nice hotel. The location is great! You can take a boat into the park or a nice little walk along the water. They seem to be really great at letting people check in early. The restaurant options are nice too. You can also bring your dog and you have a dog walking area. The bad part is the price. Good luck finding this place under 200 a night. Don't forget parking is another 35ish.

Every time I travel to Universal Orlando, I always stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando, and it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the service is outstanding friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms and a relaxing resort atmosphere that makes it feel like a true getaway after long park days. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect, and everything from check-in to housekeeping runs seamlessly. The location is unbeatable for Universal trips, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. If you’re visiting Universal Orlando and want comfort, cleanliness, and top-tier service, this hotel is a no-brainer. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

I absolutely love this resort! It’s a great moderate if you don’t mind not having Express Passes. It has food options, a Universal Studios store, pool, bar options. The lobby is sooo spacious. The smell is amazing when you walk in! Water taxi is so convenient or a nice stroll to City Walk is an option, too! I can’t wait till my next stay here.

Wonderful family stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort We had a fantastic stay at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, and it was a wonderful choice for a family trip. The location is excellent — the resort is very close to the Universal parks, and getting to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure by water taxi was incredibly convenient and fun, especially with kids. One of the biggest highlights for us was the Early Park Admission. Traveling with two children, this benefit made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy the parks with much less stress. It was truly a valuable and very appreciated bonus. The hotel itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The grand staircase and open lobby area create a lovely first impression and make the waiting areas feel elegant and comfortable rather than crowded or busy. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, charming, and very family-friendly. The pool area is excellent, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. For a resort of this level, the pricing is very reasonable compared to other Universal hotels, which makes it an even better value. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. A great balance of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly amenities.

It’s become my own pleasure to see the new staff come in and older staff and management move the ladder since Helios has opened. Very happy to see the Lowe’s team hiring new assets to the hotels. Stayed at Sapphire Falls and the help of Eric Diaz front desk and a new addition Aristotle (front desk) are absolute class acts and assets to this hotel. Hoping to stay more and see growth with these young guys. A great place to book a family vacation.

From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and knew that we would receive exceptional service. I'd like to especially thank Ornella at the front desk, who made quite the impression on my daughter with her enthusiasm and passion for her job. The breakfast buffet at Amatista was a favorite and the rum selection at Strong Water Tavern was one of the most extensive I've ever seen. Convenient transportation on the water taxi and a great vibe at the pool also really added to our amazing experience!

Stayed four nights for a business conference. The amenities for the conference itself were great. Good food, coffee, snacks and service staff. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds comfortable. The hotel restaurant cook house was pretty great, albeit slightly expensive compared to close by City Walk options. The water taxi is a huge benefit to this location for access to the Universal parks and City Walk.
